Planning stage

First, product plans and quality specifications are recieved from the customer, a proposal for the manufacturing method and overall schedule is drawn, and based on this information rough calculation is made for cost estimation. After doing this and dealing with any other issues, we consider the suitability of manufacturing the proposed product on a trading scale.

Development Phase

We establish the requirements of the product in more detail by working on the design, after establishing the feasibility of the project and manufacture of the dies, as well as selecting and obtaining the mandatory processing machinery and tools etc.

Prototype production/evaluation

Prototype is produced on the basis of product plans and quality specifications received from the customer, and product manufacturing plans determined in the Product Evolution Phase. Then planning is done with the customer whether the product meets the required quality standards. We repeat this process of product development, prototype production and prototype evaluation until we meet the prototype with the standard of quality required.

Production

After preparations, sales production begins. Also, the team cooperates to make high quality products as efficiently as possible. Even at this stage, modifications and improvements are made to the production line, and our engineers are regularly trying to improve their work.

Inspection,Shipment,Delivery

Inspection of goods is done manually and by machine to insure the quality and to achieve perfection. Following that, passed goods are transferred to the customer, after packing carefully to prevent any contamination or vandalism.
